A beat cop dumped back into uniform twice for screwing up on the job, Aldo Bertolucci is consumed by jealousy and resentment of his older brother Nick -- Superintendent of the the Chicago Police. Aldo finally gets his chance at revenge when he discovers suppressed records concerning an illegal raid on a Black Panther stronghold back in 1969.
