From the publisher (source: The Internet Book List):
When Euclid O'Brien, owner of the Hole in the Wall bar in New York City, is sent a bottle of syrup by hus brother in Borneo, he little suspects the havoc that is about to ensue.
It all begins when Mac the bartender downs a cocktail made with the potion and suddenly expands to hundreds of times his normal size. And it only gets worse when Euclid receives a visit from a local gangster and watches in horror as he knocks back another glass of the stuff - and shrinks to the size of a small child. But even this is just the start of Euclid's troubles as he's chased by a bevy of hoods bound on revenge and tries to rescue Mac as he hangs from a skyscraper, close to collapse!
