The Ice Owl is set in the same universe-though not on the same planet-as my previous novella from Arc Manor/Phoenix Pick, Arkfall. I have started calling this universe the Twenty Planets. I never planned to write linked stories; this universe just keeps luring me back because the rules are congenial.
